From Sales to Customer Success
Ain’s career spans over 7 years across sales, account management, and technical operations. She has worked across industries including technology, healthcare, environmental services, and travel — building a strong foundation in client relationship management and consultative selling.
Her previous experience in the technology sector introduced her to the world of cloud technology, where she provided training and class delivery for Google Workspace and Google Cloud Fundamentals. That combination of commercial and technical experience is what she brings to Twenty-Four Consulting today.
What Ain Does Today
At Twenty-Four Consulting, Ain manages the full customer success journey. She handles client enquiries, evaluates training needs, and coordinates with the training delivery team to make sure every programme is tailored to the organisation’s goals.
She is also the lead consultant for Canva Enterprise license management — helping organisations with license acquisition, deployment, user provisioning, renewals, and technical support. If your organisation is considering Canva Enterprise, Ain is the person to speak to.
After every training programme, Ain manages post-training reporting and feedback collection — documenting participant performance, key learning outcomes, and recommendations for follow-up. She works closely with clients to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continued development.
Ain has also stepped into the training room herself, having facilitated sessions for government agencies including MOTAC, MOSTI, and Lembaga Zakat Selangor — covering topics such as AI applications, digital presence, and cybersecurity awareness.
