What you’ll learn

Hands-on from start to finish. You build alongside Onion on your own laptop and learn Canva the way it’s meant to be used.

Understand design fundamentals

Layout, hierarchy, and spacing — the small moves that make your designs look intentional every time.

Discover hidden Canva features

The tips, tricks, and shortcuts most people never find — and how to put them to work.

Use Canva AI the right way

Generate editable templates, create apps, and more — learn which AI features are actually worth using.

Who is this for

For college and university students.

Hands-on from start to finish. You build alongside Onion on your own laptop and learn Canva the way it’s meant to be used.

You make assignment slides, posters, and club or event collateral, and want them to look sharper.

You are building a portfolio or an internship-ready CV that needs to stand out.

You know your way around Canva but keep landing on the same template look.

To join, you must:

Be 18 or older
Be a current college or university student (student ID required at the door)
Bring your own laptop and a Canva account
Open to all students.

Onion Lim (Li Chong)

Canva Certified Enterprise Trainer and content lead at 24CO. He uses Canva daily — for social content, presentations, marketing materials, and anything visual that needs to go out fast.
