Meet Fahim Zulkafli — Business Operations Manager & Trainer

Fahim Zulkafli is the Business Operations and Human Capital Manager at Twenty-Four Consulting. He keeps the company running behind the scenes — managing internal operations, HR, talent development, and training programme logistics — while also stepping into the training room to deliver programmes in Generative AI, Google Workspace, mental health, and career development.

What sets Fahim apart from most trainers is his background. Before entering the tech and training space, he spent nearly four years as a Registered Counsellor — where he grew his counselling client base by 50%, organised over 150 programmes, and led a Career Unit. That counselling psychology foundation shows up in everything he does today. His training sessions are built on empathy, psychological safety, and a genuine focus on each participant’s growth.

He later moved into the technology sector, where he earned his Google Cloud Digital Leader certification and managed Google’s learning platforms. At Cyberview, he designed talent development programmes for Cyberjaya and led the Cyberview Living Lab Talent (CLLT) initiative, building strategic relationships with universities, industry partners, and government agencies.

At Twenty-Four Consulting, Fahim wears two equally important hats. On the operations side, he manages the day-to-day running of the company — from HR and talent acquisition to vendor management, and partnership coordination. He oversees the logistics behind every training programme the company delivers.

On the training side, Fahim designs and delivers programmes across three core areas. In Generative AI and digital productivity, he covers AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, Google Workspace with Gemini, and Microsoft 365 with CoPilot. In mental health and wellness, he delivers programmes on workplace mental health awareness, stress management, art therapy, and youth mental wellness. And in career development, he runs career talks, CV clinics, and employability workshops for universities and schools nationwide.

His training clients span government agencies like Institut Perakaunan Negara (IPN), Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi (MOSTI), Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Kuala Lumpur (JKM KL), and Jabatan Pendidikan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (JPWPP). On the corporate side, he has trained teams at Malaysia Airports, Prudential BSN Takaful, and TT Electronics. He has also delivered programmes at universities including UKM, UUM, MMU, MSU, and Politeknik Muadzam Shah.
