From a Simple Meeting to a Meaningful Partnership
When Twenty-Four Consulting was just starting out, our first-ever meeting took place at Royal Lake Club—a place that has now become more than just a client, but a partner in digital transformation.
Fast forward to today, and we’ve had the privilege of conducting three impactful training sessions, helping their teams adopt modern technology to enhance workplace efficiency.
A Look at Royal Lake Club
Nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Royal Lake Club is a prestigious social club with a rich history and a diverse community of members.
From social events to administrative operations, the club has always sought to stay ahead by integrating modern tools to improve operations and provide better services to its members.
Recognizing the growing role of technology in day-to-day operations, they took a proactive step by partnering with us to upskill their teams and embrace digital transformation.
From Idea to Implementation: The Training Journey
Our collaboration with Royal Lake Club started with a simple conversation, but it quickly evolved into a strategic effort to equip their teams with the right skills to stay efficient in an increasingly digital world. Over a span of three months, we conducted three tailored training programs, each designed to meet the unique needs of their teams.
Strengthening the IT Backbone
In July 2024, we kicked off with the IT Infrastructure Management Programme, working closely with the IT team to enhance their understanding of modern infrastructure management practices. From improving system reliability to ensuring smooth operations, the team gained practical insights into optimizing their existing infrastructure.
Empowering the Management Team
The next phase took place in August, where we trained the management team through the GWS & AI Tools End User Training. This session focused on the power of Google Workspace and Generative AI, showing them how to leverage these tools to improve communication, collaboration, and decision-making. The team explored how AI can streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and help them work smarter, not harder.
Equipping the General Staff with Practical Skills
Our final session in September was dedicated to the general staff, where we focused on Google Workspace & ChatGPT Fundamentals.
The goal was to introduce them to essential tools that could help simplify their daily tasks—from managing emails efficiently to collaborating on documents and automating repetitive processes using AI and Google Apps Script.
The enthusiasm and eagerness of the participants made the session even more fulfilling.

What made this journey so special was the relationship we’ve built with the Royal Lake Club team. Their openness to learning and their commitment to adapting new technologies was truly inspiring.
It wasn’t just about training—it was about working together to embrace change, streamline operations, and future-proof their organization.
