24co Fun Run ’26
24CO FUN RUN ’26 (the “Event” or “Fun Run 2026”) is organized by Twenty-Four Consulting PLT (the “Organizer”). The Event is a community 5KM fun run open to participants of all ages.
Participation is governed by these Rules and Regulations, all applicable laws and regulations, and other terms and conditions applicable to participants (“Participant” or “Participants”).
- Privacy Policy & Data Collection. The collection, use, disclosure, and management of any personal or other information provided by Participants will be governed by applicable data protection laws. Participants agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in the registration form. The Organizer may contact Participants by email and/or mobile device regarding the Event.
- Amendment of Terms. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion without prior notice. It is incumbent upon each Participant to periodically review these documents. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by amendments.
- Registration & Information. Participants must provide true, accurate, current and complete information in the registration form. Participants must maintain and promptly update their registration data. If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to suspect that information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organizer may suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration.
- Event Cancellation or Postponement. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice. The Organizer shall endeavor to use reasonable efforts to inform Participants prior to the Event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.
- Refund Policy. In the event of Event cancellation or postponement, refunds will not be issued. For force majeure events (incidents beyond the Organizer’s control or acts of God that render it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event), there will be strictly no refund available.
- Event Format Changes. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Event format and/or race routes as deemed fit for the safety of Participants and/or to prevent potential hazards. The Organizer shall use reasonable efforts to inform Participants prior to the Event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.
- Photography & Recording. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or other media records of the Event, including Participants, for legitimate purposes including publicity and community sharing.
- Entry Restrictions. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entry to the Event without giving any reason or notice.
- Liability & Health Disclaimer. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizer to ensure the safety of Participants, Participants take part solely at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be responsible or held liable for any injury, damage, contraction of communicable disease, death or any other loss arising from training for, before, during, or after participation in the Event. Participants are advised to undergo a medical examination and consult a medical practitioner to ensure they are fit for participation in the Event.
- Acceptance of Terms. Completion of the registration form confirms the Participant’s agreement to abide by these Rules and Regulations and all applicable terms and conditions.
- Registration Confirmation. Registration for the Event is only confirmed upon payment made and upon issuance of the Participant’s race identification number or running bib.
- No Refunds After Payment. Once registration has been duly processed, there will be strictly no refunds after payment is made, for any reason whatsoever. There will be strictly no refunds for Participants who do not eventually take part in the Event.
- Participant Responsibility for Registration Details. The Organizer shall not in any way be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct.
- Single Entry Per Participant. Only 1 entry is allowed for each Participant. Change of category is not allowed once registration has been completed.
- Running Bib Requirements. Participants must wear the assigned running bib on the front of their jersey. The running bib must be visible on the chest at all times. No Participant shall be allowed to participate in the Event without displaying the appropriate running bib and/or identification. Participants are strictly prohibited from swapping, transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to wear their running bib, unless approved by the Organizer.
- Race Entry Pack Collection. Participants must collect their Race Entry Packs (including running bib and runner’s jersey) at the designated venue during the stipulated collection period. Details will be provided on the Event website. Race Entry Packs not collected during the collection period will be deemed unwanted and the Organizer shall be at liberty to dispose or redistribute them. Race Entry Packs cannot be collected on the day of the Event.
- 5KM Fun Run Details. The 5KM category is a fun run open to all ages (16 years old and above as of Event Day). This is a non-competitive run with no winners nor prizes. The cut-off time to complete the run is 1.5 hours.
- Race Start & Disqualification. Participants must not commence running before the flag-off of the Event or they will be immediately disqualified. Participants who do not start within 20 minutes of the flag-off may not be allowed to start and will be immediately disqualified. Participants may be required to retire from the run immediately if requested to do so by any member of the official medical staff, the Race Director, and/or security officer.
- Restricted Items. Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are not allowed on the race route. Prams and strollers are allowed for the 5KM fun run category.
- Baggage Service. Baggage service is available at the Event venue where Participants may deposit their bags at their own risk. Participants are advised to pack light and avoid bringing valuable items. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damage to belongings deposited.
- Finisher Medal & Certificate. All Participants who successfully complete the 5KM run within the cut-off time will be given a Finisher Medal upon presentation of their running bib. All finishers will also receive an e-certificate, available on the Event website for a limited time only. This entitlement will not apply to Participants who were unable to complete the run within the cut-off time or did not finish.
- Dispute Resolution. Any discrepancies in results must be informed to the Organizer via electronic mail within 3 days after the official results have been published on the Event website. No requests for amendment of timing or follow-ups will be entertained thereafter. The Organizer’s decision is final and no further disputes will be entertained.
- Right to Cancel or Add Categories. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or add any race category without prior notice to the Participants.
By registering for 24CO FUN RUN ’26, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
