Public Class Registration
Terms and Conditions

Twenty-Four Consulting PLT (LLP0038021-LGN),
a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia.

These terms apply to all open enrollment public classes.
Effective 15 August 2026. Version 1.0.

1. Registration and payment

Your seat is confirmed only on receipt of full payment. Seats are limited and allocated first come, first served. A tax invoice will be issued to the name and details provided at checkout. We cannot amend invoice details after issue.

2. Pricing and tax

All prices listed are exclusive of tax. 8% Service Tax (SST) is added at checkout as required under Malaysian law. The total payable is shown before you confirm payment.

3. Not HRD Corp claimable

Public class seats are not claimable under HRD Corp. Full payment is due at registration. If you need an HRD Corp claimable session, contact us about in-house or corporate delivery.

4. No refunds

Fees are non-refundable if you cannot attend. You may pass your seat to someone else, or move to another scheduled date. Notify us at least 72 hours before the class date. Requests made less than 72 hours before, or non-attendance without notice, are treated as a forfeited seat.

5. Transfers and rescheduling

Each registration may be transferred or rescheduled once. Transferring your seat to another person is free of charge. Rescheduling to another date carries a surcharge of RM50, exclusive of SST, payable before the new seat is confirmed. The replacement date must be within 6 months of the original class.

6. How to request a change

All transfer and rescheduling requests must be made in writing to support@twenty-four.io, at least 72 hours before the class date. Requests made by phone, WhatsApp, or in person are not accepted. Your change is confirmed only once we reply in writing.

7. Cancellation by us

If we cancel or postpone a class, you get a full refund or a credit toward a future class, your choice. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur.

8. Minimum numbers

Classes run subject to a minimum registration. We will notify you at least 5 working days before if a class does not proceed.

9. What is included

The class fee covers instruction, materials, and refreshments as stated on the registration page. Participants bring their own laptop and are responsible for their own AI tool accounts and subscriptions where required.

10. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued to participants who attend the full session.

11. Materials and intellectual property

All course materials remain the property of Twenty-Four Consulting PLT. They are for your personal use. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission.

12. Recording

Participants may not record audio or video of the session. We may photograph or record the class for marketing purposes. Tell us on the day if you prefer not to appear.

13. Personal data

By registering you consent to us collecting and processing the personal data you provide, including your name, contact details, and employer, for registration, class administration, communication, and marketing. We process it in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties except where needed to run the class or where required by law. To access, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of your data, email support@twenty-four.io.

14. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the class, with no refund.

15. Changes

We may change the trainer, venue, or schedule where necessary. Registered participants will be notified.

16. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your registration or attendance, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid for that registration. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for cancellation or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Amendments to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your registration is the version that applies to you.

By submitting our registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
