Taking AI Training from Online to On-Site at UMPSA
In October 2024, we had the opportunity to visit the UMPSA campus in Pekan, Pahang, for a 2-day hands-on training titled The Gen AI Journey for Enhanced Workplace Efficiency.
This in-person session was a follow-up to an online webinar we conducted together in July 2024, where we introduced UMPSA staff to practical ways of using ChatGPT to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks with Google Apps Script.
With over 100 participants attending the initial webinar, it was clear that UMPSA was eager to explore how AI could help streamline their workflows. Their enthusiasm and engagement made our visit to Pekan even more exciting as we delved deeper into hands-on applications.
