It all started with a TikTok video. In October 2024, Bayo Pay, a leading fintech company in Malaysia, came across our content on generative AI and automation. They resonated with our teaching style and practical approach, which led them to reach out and explore the possibility of working together. That single message sparked an incredible journey.
To ensure they were investing in the right training, Bayo Pay invited us to their headquarters for a free course preview. During this session, we introduced their management team and heads of departments to the power of generative AI and automation, showcasing how tools like ChatGPT and Google Apps Script could enhance their workflows and drive efficiency.
Fast forward to December 2024, and we found ourselves heading up to their office in Penang for a 3-day, 2-night hands-on training, turning ideas into action.

The training, titled “Generative AI and Automation for the Workplace,” focused on equipping Bayo Pay’s team with practical skills to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and innovate their processes using AI.
Over the course of three days, we covered:
- Navigating Generative AI – Understanding AI concepts and how they can be applied in the financial sector.
- Prompt Engineering with ChatGPT – Crafting effective prompts to generate better responses and automate routine tasks.
- Google Apps Script Automation – Creating scripts to streamline processes like generating reports and automating communications.
- AI for Business Efficiency – Exploring how AI can be used to improve decision-making, enhance customer service, and optimize internal workflows.

What made this session truly special was the hands-on participation from the Bayo Pay team. It wasn’t just about learning AI concepts—it was about putting them to work in real-world scenarios.
One of the standout moments was when a team successfully built an automated translation system using Google Apps Script. By automating the translation of internal reports and customer communications, they showcased how AI could address practical challenges and save valuable time.
The excitement in the room was undeniable as participants collaborated, experimented, and fine-tuned their automation workflows with guidance from our trainers. It was inspiring to see their creativity in action!
